Amigurumi Capsule • Cephalopod on Parade

Materials:
A few yards of worsted weight yarn in two different colors
Small amount of black worsted weight yarn for mouth
Size H/8 (5mm) crochet hook
Yarn needle
Polyfill stuffing
Plastic safety eyes, buttons, or more black yarn for eyes

Directions:
Ch 3 and join with sl st in first ch.
{Ch 1, inc 1} ten times
{Ch 2, inc 1} seven times
Sc until capsule is 1.5” tall, then switch to your bottom color
Sc for two rnds, then stitch on the mouth and attach the eyes
Continue sc until there is 1” of the second color
{Dec 1, ch 3} five times
{Dec 1, ch 1} seven times
Stuff the capsule
Dec every stitch until the bottom is closed
